I’ve been helping businesses and organisations navigate change, solve problems and embrace new opportunities for more than 25 years — from helping launch the first ABC website in 1995 to advising businesses today.
My experience spans strategy, growth, innovation, commercialisation, marketing, customer experience and digital transformation, across government, corporate, startups, SMEs and the not-for-profit sector.
I’ve helped organisations launch new business models, improve productivity, generate new revenue, transform customer experiences and build resilience through significant periods of change.
