Cinnamon began her career in 1995 as the Manager of the ABC Multimedia Unit. Cinnamon oversaw the development of the first website for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Over the past 20+ years she has focused on delivering customer centric digital strategies and growing digital businesses across a spectrum of companies from government and not-for-profit, to large corporations and small start-ups.
Cinnamon is just as passionate about customer experience and digital technology now as when she co-founded the world’s first web-based personal organiser (InfoBank Online) in 1997.
For Fairfax Media she built TheVine.com.au from the ground up to become Australia’s largest youth and entertainment site. At LifeLounge she developed Everguide – a mobile-based events guide. At Starlight Children’s Foundation she built and marketed Livewire, a safe online community for teenagers living with serious illness.
Cinnamon worked with RACV to develop and launch the RACV Mobile Membership App.
She also launched Zookie, the go-to for Australian pet lovers—providing everything you need to know about pets.
Prior to that, Cinnamon worked with two social enterprises, Grace Papers and Collaboration For Impact. Both are online programs and communities design to affect social change. Cinnamon also worked with oOh! Media, Australia's largest out of home company, to build and launch Hijacked - a new online, mobile and digital outdoor platform for students by students.
Cinnamon is currently working for WorkSafe Victoria as their CX & Digital Transformation Lead as part of the WorkSafe 2030 team.
Cinnamon is also currently Artist Manager for young music producer and beat maker, Phoenix Manson.
